Set up Cluebase alert notifications for Slack or Telegram:
1. Open your Cluebase Dashboard -> Integrations page.
2. For Slack: Click "Connect Slack", select a dedicated channel (e.g., #engineering-alerts), authorize the bot, and run `/invite @Cluebase` in that channel.
3. For Telegram: Click "Connect Telegram", open the Telegram bot, and press "Start" to receive real-time error notifications.

Slack Integration

Receive instant alerts in your Slack workspace whenever a new error occurs.

How to Connect

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Cluebase dashboard.
  2. Click the Connect Slack button.
  3. Crucial Step: When asked "Where should Cluebase post?", select the specific channel (e.g., #engineering-alerts) where you want notifications.
    Do NOT select your own name (Direct Messages) if you want a shared channel. Bots cannot DM users directly without special setup.
  4. Click Allow to authorize the connection.

Final Step: Invite the Bot

After connecting, you must invite the bot to the channel, otherwise it cannot post messages.

/invite @Cluebase

Type this command directly into the Slack channel you selected and hit Enter.

Telegram Integration

Get notified on Telegram instantly. Perfect for smaller teams or mobile alerts.

  1. Go to the Integrations page in your Cluebase dashboard.
  2. Click the Connect Telegram button.
  3. This will open the Telegram bot. Click Start at the bottom of the chat.
  4. The bot will confirm the connection with:
    "Connection successful! You have successfully connected [Your Project]..."
